People-powered progress

TD SYNNEX is a technology company, but our business is all about connecting people. After all, it’s people who make technology matter by using it to solve real-world problems and expand the scope of what can be achieved. We work to empower IT innovators, channel partners and tech talent with the insights and resources needed to deliver sustainable outcomes and drive transformative change.

This work is meaningful because it’s personal. It’s not easy to talk about changing the world, but the real impact lies in the relationships we’ve nurtured through consistency, ingenuity and trust. In the face of changing winds, these connections make us all stronger, providing the stability needed to not only keep up but lead the way.

Taking action on the issues
that matter most

In FY2024, two years after conducting an initial materiality assessment, we conducted our first double materiality assessment to identify, evaluate and prioritize sustainability topics that impact society and the environment, as well as TD SYNNEX’s enterprise value. Of the 23 sustainability topics we identified and assessed, 12 emerged as material from a financial and impact perspective, the most relevant being:

Circular IT and e-waste: Minimization of raw materials use and solid waste throughout the product and packaging lifecycles, including resource efficiency, responsible waste and e-waste management, as well as re-use and circularity practices across the value chain.

In FY2024, we continued to evolve our circular economy strategy and waste management practices, including through three of our businesses that collect used equipment and provide a second life through repair, remanufacture and re-use.
